  1. Donair Meat:
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. In a large bowl, mix everything together with your hands. Knead 5 minutes to ensure spices are evenly distributed.
  4. Take the mixture and throw it on a clean counter, knead and throw again. Do this about 20 times.(Very important to knead and slam it on the counter to get the right texture)
  5. Divide the mixture into 6 sections, each on slightly smaller than the one before. Shape each section into doughnut shapes.Stack them starting with the largest, ending with the smallest. Gently force them together to shape a cone, ensurring the holes remain open.
  6. Place on a broiler pan. Bake1 1/4 hours. Remove from oven. Let cool. Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill overnight or at least 6 hours.
  7. Once chilled, slice off irregular slices and fry in skillet to reheat. This really improves the texture and flavour. It will only take a minute or two to fry.
  8. Sweet Garlic Sauce:
  9. In small bowl mix sugar, garlic & onion slowly into milk. Add vinegar 1 teaspoon at a time and only stir 2 to 3 times after each addition. Cover & chill until ready to use.
