Combine ingrediants in a blender and pulse until well blended.
Best Served on a bed of iceberg/romaine lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced hard boiled eggs topped with mozzerella chese, dressing and fresh ground pepper.
*Tip for perfect Hard boiled eggs. Add water to medium saucepan and turn on burner to Medium-High. Once boiling cover and turn-off burner. Let sit for 20 minutes. That's it, perfect every time. Thanks LB!
