  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  2. 1- Cook macaroni in salted water. Drain.
  3. 2- Fry onion and meat in pan with Rocky Mountain Steak Spice and a bit of butter.
  4. 3- In medium pot, mix tomato juice, 4 slices of cheese, oregano, sugar, salt, pepper and the red pepper flakes. Heat on medium until the cheese has melted, stirring constantly.
  5. 4- Pour macaroni and meat into medium casserole and mix well. Add tomato juice (sauce) and mix well.
  6. 5- Top with remaining 8 slices of cheese.
  7. 6- Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees (no lid). Then put on broil for about 2 minutes.
