  1. Bring water to slow boil.
  2. Meanwhile, in a non-stick pan or skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for 1-2 minutes over medium heat and cook Meatless Tenders according to package directions.
  3. Add to the boiling water: Soup Mix, Sauteed Garlic, Cooked Meatless Tenders, Beans, Chiles, Cumin and Oregano.
  4. Return water to boil and then reduce heat to low. Stirring occasionally, simmer for about 15 minutes and add cheese. Simmer an additional 5 minutes to melt cheese.
  5. Enjoy with crackers or your favorite bread!
