  • Cook

  1. Melt butter over medium heat in a pot.
  2. Add veggies, broth and water.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
  4. Blend in pot with immersion blender, adding more butter and salt and pepper.
