  1. Lay two slices of prosciutto, slightly overlapping, on a flat surface and top the slices with basil leaves.
  2. Wrap each fish with the priosciutto/basil.
  3. Cook the fish in the olive oil, approx. 3-5 minutes per side.
  4. Garnish with more basil.
