  1. Position the oven racks in the center of the oven.
  2. Place the muffin pan in the oven. Place eggs in the individual cavities.
  3. Set the oven to 325F, and bake for 35 minutes.
  4. fill a large bowl with ice water.
  5. Remove eggs from the oven and gently crack the shell around the middle and place the eggs into the bowl.
  6. Peel the eggs when they are completely cold.
