Passover Sweet Kugel

"I usually don't like Passover kugels and my family only likes sweet kugels...this one fit the bill! If you don't have farfel, it's really just tidbits size pieces of matzah. I leave out the nuts, but every Passover recipe seems to have them, it's your choice!"

  1. Cover farfel with cold water and drain immediately
  2. Add eggs, sugar, salt and margarine.
  3. Add apple, bananas and 1/4 cup of nuts.
  4. Pour into a 9x13 very well greased glass dish.
  5. Sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
  6. Cook in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
