  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly coat metal cupcake pan with EVOO.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine beef, italian seasoning, garlic, pepper, mix thoroughly.
  3. Hand mold meatballs (careful not to overwork the meat) into large meatballs, press your thumb into each ball, insert mozzarella balls & reform ball covering cheese.
  4. Sear meatballs in EVOO coated pan over high heat, lightly browning the outsides.
  5. Transfer balls into prepped cupcake pan and place in oven.
  6. Bake meatballs for Approx. 20 min. You should just start to see cheese reaching surface.
  7. Place on bed of al dente spaghetti noodles and top with sauce.
