  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees while you prepare your chicken to bake
  2. Blend butter, rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, EVOO in blender.
  3. Pour small amount into skillet on high heat, covering the skillet.
  4. 4. Place chicken breast in skillet and pour remaining mixture over chicken breasts and cook until outside is golden brown.
  5. Place chicken in a baking dish and pour mixture from the skillet over the breasts. Lightly dust with lemon zest.
  6. Place dish in oven for approx. 25-30 min. or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
  7. Remove and let stand, serve with your favorite sides.
