1.preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 inch baking pan. 2.Cream butter and sugar in mixing bowl. Mix in eggs. Stir in drained pineapple and bread cubes.Pour into baking dish, slowly pour reserved juice over casserole.
3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min. Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
