  1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and stir fry in wok with avocado oil for one minute.
  2. Remove the eggs from the wok and add more oil.
  3. Stir fry tomatoes for 2 minutes.
  4. Return eggs to the wok and add the green onions.
  5. Stir fry 30 seconds and mix.
  6. Serve.
