  1. Boil water and cook pasta as direceted on box until tender.
  2. Drain pasta and place into 9x11 baking pan.
  3. Brown Italian Sausage and drain.
  4. While sausage is cooking, dice tomato and peppers and set aside.
  5. Pour white wine into pan with sausage and cook on medium high for 10 minutes
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  7. Drain remaining white wine from sausage
  8. Add tomato sauce and vegetables to sausage
  9. Cook sauce for 10-15 minutes
  10. Pour sauce over pasta and stir until evenly mixed.
  11. Sprinkle mozarella cheese over pasta.
  12. Place in oven and cook for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  13. Serve with Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
