"I made up this dish myself from suggestions on this site for what to do with pork and rice. I never know what to do with leftover pork. You can customize this anyway you like but this is really yummy. I made one of these and my family asked for another, immediately!"

  1. Place cooked rice in a 9x12 cassarole dish. Add all ingrediants and mix. Top with cheese (Tex Mex mix would be a good choice)
