  1. Boil a pot of water.
  2. Add collard greens and cook 20 minutes.
  3. Remove and strain liquid through colander.
  4. Heat butter and oil over low heat until butter foam subsides.
  5. Add garlic and collard greens and cover, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve with lemon juice on top.
