  1. Mix soy sauce, Chicken stock and corn starch or potato starch, garlic and salt and pepper together well and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet to medium high, add sesame oil and heat till you see it start to slide around but not smoking.
  3. Add the frozen stir fry veggies and cook until softened about 4 min. then add the shrimp and cook until just pink about 3 min more.
  4. add the sauce mixture and stir and cook until all the veggies and shrimp are coated and the sauce starts to thicken, about 5 min.
  5. serve over rice or with noodles and enjoy.
