In an iron skillet melt butter. Add Oats and Sugar. Stir to thoroughly coat all oats with sugar and butter. Cook at medium low heat stirring constantly until cereal begins to caramelize. Turn off heat but keep stirring until an even brown color is achieved (the color of cracker jacks). Serve Hot in bowl, pour milk over - you will hear a sizzle, then crunch up the cereal and eat right away. Leftover cereal can be stored in an air tight container.
