  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. In large mixing bowl add flour, salt and red pepper to cheese and toss until cheese is coated.
  3. Pour in melted butter and stir and blend until mixture is moist and crumbly.
  4. Add Rice Krispies and knead together by hand until blended.
  5. Roll into small 1/2 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Flatten with a fork and bake for 30 minutes.
