  1. Place large skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and chicken.
  2. Brown chicken on one side, approximatley 5 minutes. Turn chicken and add onion, pepper, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute 5 minutes and add cooking cream, pesto and tomatoes. Cook until heated through, approximately 5 minutes.
  4. While chicken finishes, preheat oven to 420.
  5. Place frozen garlic toasts on baking sheet.
  6. Top with chicken mixture on each slice using 2 heaping tablespoons per slice.
  7. Top each slice with Parmesean cheese.
  8. Bake at 420 until browned about 6 minutes.
