  1. Preheat oven to 350. Pour cherries in a pie pan. Add vanilla to cherries and stir. Combine oatmeal, almond meal, chopped pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in medium size bowl. Stir well. Pour this mix on top of cherries, you should use all of it even though it seems like too much. Pour melted butter on evenly on top. Bake in oven for approximately 20 minutes, topping should be slightly brown. Serve warm with whipping cream.
