"My grandmother used to make the BEST red cabbage. I have tried for years to recreate it, and what I have discovered is I just need to make my own recipe. I've taken the best of all the different recipes I've tried and put them all together into one fabulous dish. We've had this at Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter. Great winter fare."
