  1. PREHEAT OVEN 500 DEGREES
  2. Brush a sheet pan with 1 tbsp of oil.
  3. Mix mayo, mustard and honey in a small bowl.
  4. Mix together almond meal, parmesan, salt and pepper on a large plate or sheet pan.
  5. Cover both sides of breasts with wet mix first, then with dry.
  6. Place breasts on oiled sheet and drizzle with remaining oil.
  7. Bake until cooked through, approximately 20 minutes. Turn over breasts after first ten minutes. Check the middles before removing.
