  1. Bring water to a boil, then add rice cakes. Simmer for up to 5 minutes.
  2. Add gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar and stir to break up the globs of chili paste.
  3. Add veggies. Saute for 10 min or so until carrot is soft and cabbage has cooked down a bit.
