"A wonderful salad dressing on a spinach and strawberry salad. I asked for this recipe from a friend at church. She is always bringing a salad to a pot luck. It didn't seem to matter what was in the salad, I knew it was the dressing making it taste great."

  1. Plaace on ingredients in the blender but the oil. Turn the blenderon low and blend slowly. Add the oil while it is blending if you can. Don't blend too long after adding the oil or it will solidify, but long enough to break the oil molecules to meet the vinegar. So it doesn't have to be stirred.
