Chicken with a Chili Cheese Crunch

"I have been in search for a long time for that "Ultimate Crispy Coating" you get from great fried chicken, but for oven fried chicken, and... I think I have found that coating that goes, "crunch", and also adds a wonderful flavor to that everyday chicken recipe. I know you will love it!"

  1. Preheat oven to 375º
  2. Line a baking pan with tin foil and insert a wire rack to fit inside or on top of pan
  3. Wash and dry chicken pieces
  4. Combine crushed chips, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix well, and pour into shallow pan
  5. Beat eggs and milk together in a shallow bowl
  6. Dip a chicken piece in egg mixture, turning to coat well, then dip piece into crushed chips mix, turning to coat well, and transfer to the baking pan rack. Repeat process with remaining chicken pieces.
  7. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour, or until internal temperature of 160º is reached.
