  1. Marinade:
  2. Cut up fresh rosemary into small pieces after stripping from sprig; add to food processor and use lo setting for a few seconds. Add other ingredients to food processor and blend into paste.
  3. Chicken:
  4. Cut up breasts into smaller portions. Wash parts.
  5. Rub marinade under skin.
  6. Add Chicken to Dutch Oven.
  7. Add cut up onion, tomato, carrots and mushrooms
  8. Add whole potatoes
  9. Add prunes and olives
  10. Add wine and chicken broth
  11. Cook at 325 for 1 hour 15 minutes. Stir at 45 minutes to moisten food on top.
