  1. 1.1 hour before cooking, marinate chicken, cut into peices, in yogart
  2. 2.Saute finely diced ginger, onion & garlic in butter over med. low heat ( add gralic last so it won't burn)
  3. 3. Mix dry seasonings; Add to sauce pan
  4. 4. Dilute tomato paste w/ chicken stock (or water) & add to sauce pan.
  5. 5. Simmer sauce
  6. 6. Brown marinated chicken pieces in a little veg. oil sprinkle w/ a little paprika, salt and pepper, Add to sauce or serve separately.
  7. 7. At the end, add a little butter & cream to sauce
  8. Serve w/ basmati rice w/ lemon zest.

I'm still learning how to perfect this one, be sure not to use too much garam masala its a strong seasoning
