  1. Mix rye flour, 2 cups white flour, salt, anise, orange peel, brown sugar and yeast together.
  2. Mix butter, milk and molasses together and warm to 100 degrees F.
  3. Add liquids to dry ingredients while mixing for about 5 minutes.
  4. Switch mixer to bread hook, then slowly add remaining white flour until it's the right texture.
  5. Let dough rise, then punch down.
  6. Let it rise again, then punch it down again.
  7. Form dough into loaves, then let loaves rise one last time.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, then cover with foil, and bake for another 20 minutes.
  9. Remove loaves from pans immediately to cool.
