  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees.
  2. Lightly brush casserole dish with olive oil, pat fish or chicken dry and then place in dish.
  3. In a small bowl mix remaining ingredients forming a stiff paste. Using a butter knife spread topping evenly over each piece.
  4. Cover with alumunum foil cut just large enough to cover the fish/chicken. Do not seal around dish.
  5. Bake fish 10-12 minutes / chicken breasts 15-20 minutes remove foil and bake 5 additional minute or until fish is flaky or chicken juices run clear.
