  1. combine garlic powder, pepper, and nutmeg to flour.
  2. pyle flour and make a crater.
  3. Using a ricer, rice the potatos into the crater with eggs.
  4. Take out edges of volcano (flour) and add eggs.
  5. Knead dough.
  6. Work fast while dough is still warm
  7. Roll into 2 inch snakes. Slice into 2 inch pieces.
  8. roll with fingers or get fancy and use a fork.
  9. Boil water.
  10. boil until gnocci's float to top.
  11. strain.
  12. add your favorite sauce.
