  1. Crumble and cook sausage. Scramble Eggs. You can do this seperately or together...depends on personal preference. Once eggs and sausage are cooked, place both in a mixing bowl together. Add cream cheese and fold mix until incorporated. On a sheet of wax paper (or just your countertop) unroll the entire can of crescent rolls, and seperate each triangle of dough. Place a spoonful of your mixture onto a crescent roll and roll up. Seal the edges and place on cookie sheet. Repeat until all are placed on the cookie sheet. Stick in the oven and bake according to the directions on the can of crescent rolls.
