Creamy paprika chicken bake


"My hubby was home sick and I needed something to fix for dinner that was comforting but still tasty for the rest of the family. This is the end result. It's now a family favorite that is requested often! You can lower the calories by using low fat soups and sour cream as well!"

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Mix dry spices together and season chicken breasts.
  4. Arrange chicken breasts in baking dish;
  5. Arrange vegetables around chicken;
  6. Dot quartered butter along vegetables and chicken.
  7. Whisk together soups, milk and sour cream;
  8. Spoon soup mixture over chicken and vegetables.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
  10. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving over rice or noodles.
