"If you're craving the taste of Moe's at home, this is it. Great as tacos, enchiladas, burritos, or just by itself. We like our roasts heavily spiced, but you can tweak them as you like. Enjoy! (Sorry, I didn't know how to separate the lines in the recipe! Can someone please help?)"

  1. Mix dry spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl, set aside.
  2. Tenderize roast by piercing with fork or knife all over, maybe 15-20 times.
  3. Smash garlic, and press into the roast in piercings. Rub with spices.
  4. Place into crockpot, and pour beer and vinegar over roast.
  5. Turn crockpot to low and cook for 8-10 hours until you can shred the pork with a fork.
  6. Shred pork, leave in juices, and keep hot until served.
