  1. preheat oven to 375 dagrees
  2. in a blender add the onions cut up into 4's
  3. and carrots. add alittle water at a time till it is all liquified.
  4. in a large mixing bowl..add the meat,eggs,matzo meal,minced garlic,the puree mixture from the blender alittle at a time. salt and pepper...if you overdue the puree you can add alittle more matzo meal. in a baking pan mold into a loaf/hill shape...pour the remaining gravymaster over the loaf and rub it all over it.
  5. pour water all around the loaf about 2 inches/.
  6. also if there is any onion mixture left you can pour some over the top and rub in.
  7. cover with foil the last 15 mins remove foil you can squeeze catchup zigzag over the meatloaf.
  8. allow to rest 15 mins before cutting into meat
