  1. Stir coffee and sugar into boiling water until it dissolves. Let coffee cool. You may chill coffee in fridge overnight. When ready to serve pour coffee into a large punch bowl and add milk and ice cream. Stir well. When ice cream starts to melt down the punch is ready to serve.
