  1. In lg. skillet use Olive Oil to cook Ground Chicken for 5-8 minutes. Add in Onion and Garlic. Sprinkle in some S & P to season and cook additional 7-8 minutes.
  2. In a bowl combine Red Wine Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire, Frank's Red Hot, and Chicken Stock.
  3. Combine in Skillet along with Neufachtel and Shredded Cheddar. Simmer and stir.
  4. Serve on buns and top with crumble Bleu Cheese.
  5. (All of this can be done in the Crockpot as well...)
