Mince garlic. Place olive oil, garlic, basil in small dish with and let sit for 20 mins. Drizzle over top.
Drain Garbanzo beans reserving a bit of liquid to add later. Put in food processor or blender with Olive oil, sesame oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding reserved liquid from beans. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the top of Hummus.
