  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Line Baking Sheet with Foil (this makes for easier clean up)
  3. Spray foil lightly with cooking spray
  4. Lay Salmon Filets skin side down on baking sheet
  5. Cut light diagonal slices in flesh side of fish (this helps the sauce to flavor all of the fish)
  6. Salt and Pepper the fish as desired
  7. In a small dish, whisk together brown sugar, mustard, honey and soy sauce
  8. Use a spatula to coat the exposed side of the salmon with the sauce you just made
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Salmon should be flaky when done.
