  1. Chop up onion, garlic, cilantro and put in nonstick pan with olive oil and chili powder. Sautee just enough to soften onion, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add pinto beans and 2/3 cup broth; heat on medium for about 5 more minutes.
  3. Mash the beans with the back of a spoon. Add more chicken broth and let cook in until you reach desired consistency. Feel free to top with cheese or cilantro!
