Pie Crust: Mix flour and salt together. Cut in shortening with pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas. Sprinkle water onto mixture while tossing with a fork. Form into ball, flatten on a lightly floured surface and roll dough out. Please onto a pizza pan and bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
Topping: Cream together marshmallow creme and cream cheese in blender until well blended and creamy. Spread onto the cooled pastry crust. Arrange assorted fresh fruit. Warm the apricot jam in your microwave until warm and more liquid. Drizzle the apricot jam over everything. Place in refrigerator and let set overnight or 6 hours. Cut and serve. (I cut it with a pizza cutter)
