"All the softness of traditional store bought bread with the added bonus of whole grain and added fiber. Moist and delicious, just right for sandwiches!"

  1. Place all ingredients in the bread machine as directed by the manufacturer.
  2. Select the dough cycle.
  3. When complete, remove dough to a lightly oiled surface.
  4. Knead for 2 minutes.
  5. Divide into 2 portions.
  6. Shape into loaves and place in greased 9x5 pans.
  7. Cover and let rise until double. About 30 minutes. (I use a shower cap for this- works great!)
  8. Heat oven to 375* and bake about 30 minutes or until insta-read thermometer reaches 200 degrees.
  9. Rub top of loaves with butter and let cool in pans 10 minutes.
  10. Remove to a wire rack to complete cooling.
  11. Wrap cooled loaves in plastic bags. I recommend freezing one loaf.
