  1. fry beef in pot and finely chop to crumbles, remove and drain.
  2. cook onion in beef drippings until soft, but not translucent.
  3. add cocoa powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper, coriander seeds to onion and coat. cook until aromatic and then add wine.
  4. allow volume of wine to reduce by half and constantly stirring.
  5. add spaghetti sauce, black beans, beef and can of diced tomato with chillis. Rinse spaghetti sauce jar out with water and add to pot.
  6. Allow to simmer for 20 min over med heat, occasionally stirring.
  7. Add worcestire and corn and continue to cook for another 20 min.
