  1. Wash the chicken wings after removing them from the package and remove any leftover feathers and excess fat.
  2. Drain the excess water off of wings and place them in a bowl.
  3. Evenly season wings with Seasoned Salt and Black Pepper. Adjust according to taste as needed.
  4. Let wings marinate for at least 6 hours in refrigerator.
  5. When ready to be cooked, preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  6. Pour in the oil and evenly coat the wings.
  7. Place the wings on a cooking sheet and place in the oven. Make sure the space the wings apart. Otherwise they will stick together while cooking.
  8. After wings have been in the oven for 15-20 mins, flip the wings over and place back in oven. The wings should be brown or slightly brown on the bottom side.
  9. After the Cooking Time (35-50) has passed, wings should be removed. Be aware of the hot, excess oil on the cooking sheet.
