  1. Preheat oven to 350 degreese. Spray 2 2quart baking dishes with cooking spray.
  2. In large bowl, beat 3 eggs and milk with wire whisk until smooth. (add salt and pepper if desired)
  3. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Set 4 biscuits aside.
  4. Cut up 4 biscuits (each biscuit 10-12 pieces). Stir in 3 eggs, 1 pkg bacon and 1/4 can of diced tomatoes. Put in 1 2quart baking dish, arranging until you have a single layer.
  5. In large bowl, beat 3 eggs and milk with wire whisk until smooth. (add salt and pepper if desired)
  6. Cut up the 4 biscuits you set aside(each biscuit 10-12 pieces). Stir in 3 eggs, 1 pkg bacon and 1/4 can of diced tomatoes. Put in 1 2quart baking dish, arranging until you have a single layer.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the biscuits are done. Top with cheddar cheese & green onions.
