  1. Pour dressing over beef in resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Coat evenly; marinate about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook bacon in large saucepan (Dutch oven) until crispy. Remove from pan and drain. Keep grease in pan; add mushrooms and onions and cook on medium heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove meat from marinade and add to mushrooms and onions. Add carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, broth and bacon to pan. Stir.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; cover and simmer on low heat 1-1 1/2 hours, until meat is done and vegetables are tender. Uncover for last 15 minutes
