  1. In lg. skillet use Olive Oil to cook Ground Chicken for 5-8 minutes. Add in Onion and Garlic. Sprinkle in some S & P to season and cook additional 7-8 minutes.
  2. In a bowl combine Red Wine Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire, Frank's Red Hot, Tomato Sauce, and Chicken Stock.
  3. Combine in Skillet. Simmer and stir.
  4. Serve on buns and top with crumble Bleu Cheese.
  5. Guaranteed to be an instant favorite.
  6. All of this can be done in the Crockpot as well...
