  1. Preheat oven to 450*F.
  2. Combine soup, water, thyme and bring to boil over high heat in a medium saucepan. Cover and reduce heat to low.
  3. Add frozen vegetables and chicken to saucepan. Season with pepper to taste. Pour chicken mixture into 8"x8" glass baking dish.
  4. In medium bowl, combine baking mix, milk & egg substitute. Stir to thoroughly combine. Spread dough over top of chicken mixture, covering it evenly.
  5. Place baking dish on baking sheet and bake until crust is golden brown and filling is hot and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
