  1. combine steak with 2 tea sp of dried onion or onion powder and 1/4 of mined garlic and 2-3 tea sp of the soy sauce in a bowl set a side.
  2. in a skillet or pan on mediume heat put in 2-3 tbl sp of vegetable oil. when hot add in the the sliced bamboo, canned sliced mushrooms, add half of green oninons (scallions)and green or red peppers and crushed red pepper add remaining soy sauce,cook for about 4-5 minutes. then add the beef cook beef and broccoli and sugar snaps to your liking
  3. in a cup mix the cornstarch and water set aside
  4. in a sauce pan heat on low to mediume heat the oyster sauce and slowly add the cornstarch mixture slowly thicken to liken and then add to meat and vegetables and finish off with remainding of green onions (scallions)
  5. cook until thick. or for 7-8 mintues.
