  1. 1) Pour can of garbanzos in sauce pan (keeping half the water in the can for later), and bring to light boil to soften.
  2. 2) Blend warm beans in food processor.
  3. 3) Add 1 heaping spoon tahini to processor and blend.
  4. 4) Muddle 1-2 cloves of garlic with the juice of one whole lemon, add a few pinches of salt.
  5. 5) Add the garlic and lemon mix into the processor and blend.
  6. If hummus is too thick add left over water from beans; if it's too thin, add a tiny bit of tahini. (Note: Wait a bit for hummus to cool, since it will set when cooled).
  7. Top with olive oil and paprika.
