Surprisingly Good Turkey Meatloaf

"I never use ground turkey for a meatloaf but I had a one pound package in my freezer that needed to be used. I threw this and that together and the results were a very tasty and moist meatloaf. If I didn't know that it was ground turkey, I wouldn't have guessed that it wasn't ground beef. Quick and easy to put together, it was "surpisingly good" and I won't hesitate to make it again."
